Inside Muse Residences: South Florida's New Technically-Advanced Boutique Condominium

by Forbes

An exclusive 649-foot glass oceanfront condominium will soar above Sunny Isles Beach, Fla. and boast practical technically-advanced amenities such as true robotic parking.

The building, titled Muse Residences, was developed by Property Market Groups (PMG) and S2 Development and designed by Carlos Ott and Sieger Suarez. Ryan Shear, the principal of PMG, says his firm strives to incorporate advanced technical amenities that are practical into their buildings. He says the true robotic parking feature is the first of its kind in South Florida, and the only thing residents have to do is request their car via an app. The car will then be retrieved and the resident will receive a text message when it’s ready.

Other smart features available at the condominium include a home control system, biometric technology and speakers built into the walls of every room that can be hooked up to the resident’s music accounts. Residents can also opt to have their home set up with wellness features, which include advanced purification, automated wellness amenities and dynamic lighting.

“Technology is used to simplify your life,” he says. “This building, I think, has the most bang for your buck in terms of from the day you move in, you literally have to do nothing other than just enter your Apple ID account and then your place is wired for everything.”
