“Muse Residences is a unique and exclusive opportunity for only 68 buyers,” said Ryan Shear, Principal of Property Markets Group. “This top off is a monumental milestone. We are extremely proud of this property and are looking forward delivering these homes in early 2018.”

“The exterior design of Muse Residences will forever change and enhance the skyline of Sunny Isles Beach,” said Marc Schmulian, President of S2 Development. “The twist of the building is remarkable architecture that no other development offers in the area.”
